His experience includes: - Global Compliance Manager for Amdahl Computer Corporation based in Sunnyvale California,
MD of Intrastat Ltd, the Trade Compliance Consultancy arm of Exel Logistics, and Trade Compliance Consultant to Lucent Technology in EMEA. He is a Founder Member of the Trade Compliance Association of Ireland and has played a leading
role in the European Trade Compliance Association for the High Tech industry in Europe.
Frank has undertaken and achieved major high level Trade Compliance cost reduction programs for Large Multinational Companies in both the EU and the USA. He was Instrumental in achieving tariff reduction programs through lobbing EU authorities in Brussels.
Frank holds a National Diploma in Computing for Application & Language, and has over 15 years experience in Computer Analysis, Programming & Operations. He has designed and managed several Trade Compliance IT systems required
to meet EU audit standards.

John Horan (Senior Consultant)
John Horan has over 30 years experience with the Irish Revenue Commissioners, Managing and auditing all aspects
of Customs and Excise procedures and legislation including Inward Processing, Outward Processing, Processing Under
Customs Control, Tax Warehousing, Authorised Economic Operators etc. C&E work involved the Control & Management
of projects with Multinational companies to facilitate the installation of IT systems and procedures compliant
with EU legislation.
John has represented Ireland as a Customs and Excise National Expert at EU seminars in Greece,Italy and Austria.
He has also worked with British and Danish Customs as part of an EU Work Exchange programme for National Experts.
John also delivered specialised C&E training to Malta Customs on behalf of the EU prior to Malta entry to the EU.
John has also gained operational and management experience in all aspects of Tax legislation, (Vat) administration
and audit and is the holder of a Diploma in Applied Taxation from University of Limerick.
